For any claim:
In case of damaged goods
Any potential complaint must be raised to the courier at the moment of delivery; otherwise the goods will be considered to have been delivered correctly and in perfect conditions.
In case your received package from the Azienda Agricola Parrilla is in a visibly damaged state (such as broken packaging or wrappings stained from wine leaks coming from broken bottles) you can proceed as following:
> Accept the delivery of the goods “with reserve” and report on the shipping document the reason “goods with packaging visibly damaged”. Then contact our customer service, specifying the nature of the problem.
> The goods must be shipped back in the same condition as they were delivered and with the original packaging.
> Damaged goods will be replaced.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases from the website of the Azienda Agricola Parrilla will guarantee the right to withdraw from the purchase contract.
> The goods purchased must be substantially intact (bottles closed, intact in their original packaging, in pristine state).
> The right of withdrawal is reserved to natural people, excluding retailers or any subject who buys in order to resell to third parties.
> Shipping expenses must be covered by the client.
> Upon arrival in storage, the goods will be examined to evaluate possible damages or tampering (the substantial integrity of the returned goods is a necessary condition to be entitled to the right of withdrawal), for this reason we recommend the utmost care in preparing the package.
> To exercise the right of withdrawal it is necessary to give notice to the Azienda Agricola Parrilla within 10 working days from the day of delivery of the purchased goods and to deliver back the goods within 15 days from the given notice of withdrawal.
Procedure to follow:
Send an e-mail to email@example.com with the communication of your decision to exercise the right of withdrawal, attaching the following required details:
> Order number and date
> Description of the products which are object to withdrawal
> Your bank account details (IBAN code)
> Indication of if you wish to be refunded or for your goods to be exchanged.
Later on, you will have to wait for a notice from us which shall authorize the return of the goods.

In case the client chooses to ask for a refund, the Azienda Agricola Parrilla is committed to transfer the amount corresponding to the value of goods reported in the bill invoice to the Client within 20 working days from the delivery of the returned goods. Shipping expenses are not included in the refund.
